Over the years I have spent several thousand dollars at Ipets from when I was in Charlotte to Fort Mill to Rock hill. Each time about q50 to 200 as the US Rawhide is great quality for my dogs. Each time the order comes complete with no problems.
The braided rolls are a good price, and my dogs love the holiday treats. The 5 pound chips and bulk 8 to 10 inch rolls are fair but not a great deal compared to other companies and other items I buy, but for someone who makes homemade ice cream as a healthy treat I feel rest assured ideas will send good quality.
One draw back I always found disappointing is there has never been a discount, reward option etc for doing business and while prices have increased over time there has never been a bulk option or promotion given like other companies do.
Our dogs are all rescues that have little to no chance of being adopted. We have a new guy who was hit by a train and miraculously survived. We are his first real home and his permanent home. He loves to throw the big rawhide canes and chase them then chew them. He went crazy over the box of goodies when delivered. All 7 of our fur children just love the variety and flavor. The products bring joy to the entire house.
Hi, I'm a big whippet and I like to chew. I got the first one of these today. I liked it, but I finished it off in less than one hour. The retriever rolls last much longer for me. No objections to the braided cane, but I think my "parents" were surprised that I managed to finish it so quickly. I think that's why they only gave it four stars. I would have given it five myself.
Unsure if my order is in 2 parts or if some items were stolen enroute. UPS delivered the box with big holes and multiple places of damage and 1 flap open with product exposed. Emails were sent regarding missing items, no response received. UPS refuses to accept a complaint or claim. My pets love ipets items, prices are better than most sites. We hope to keep shopping with them.
Love your prompt service and the prices are great. I recommend your company to everyone. It can be complete strangers in the store looking at chew's or people on Facebook. I am so glad I found your company when i did a search a few years ago.
